The sensational, off-Broadway play Love, Loss and What I Wore plays one day only at the Sudbury Theatre Centre Sunday, November 4, 2:00 and 7:00.
Written by Nora Ephron (When Harry Met Sally; Sleepless in Seattle) and Delia Ephron (The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants), the play recounts comic and heart-warming stories of women at all stages of life. The comedy is not about fashion but about pivotal events many women have in common.
Women quite often remember what they wore or what someone else wore at life's key moments.
Directed by Judi Straughan, Love, Loss and What I Wore features a cast of five seasoned locals Anita Ansamaa, Yvonne Davidson, Sarah Gartshore, Chelsea Papineau and Amanda Pride, as well as the original art work of Sudbury artist Monique Legault.
Sarah Craig's original musical composition for Love, Loss and What I Wore is featured as Craig plays live throughout the play.
$30 tickets are now on sale at the Sudbury Theatre Centre: 705-674-8381 or online at sudburytheatre.ca. Performances are at 2 and 7pm Sunday, November 4.
